Small businesses in the Eastern Metro area will be able to access relevant, reliable and affordable information on growing their business at a workshop to be held throughout March

Last year more than 4,600 people participated in over 450 Small Business Victoria workshops across the State. The most popular topics included starting a business, financial management, employing staff, marketing and digital business.

The targeted workshops are part of a successful and long-running program allowing established and prospective business owners to access the advice they need to make informed decisions so they can expand their business and grow their profits.

All Small Business Victoria Workshops are delivered by experienced private sector business specialists skilled in developing and managing small businesses.

Small Business Victoria partners with over 50 host organisations to deliver the affordable events, with these workshops hosted by

 

Knox City Council:

•  Business Planning for Growth – Session One workshop will be held at the Knox City Council office, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South VIC 3152 at 9 AM on Wednesday 1 March 2017.
•  Improve Your Time Management short workshop will be held at the Knox City Council office, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South VIC 3152 at 9.30 AM on Wednesday 22 March 2017.
•  Effective Business Networking short workshop will be held at the Knox City Council office, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South VIC 3152 at 9.30 AM on Friday 17 March 2017.
•  Business Planning for Growth – Session Two workshop will be held at the Knox City Council office, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South VIC 3152 at 9 AM on Tuesday 23 March 2017.

Maroondah City Council:

•  Develop Your Online Strategy workshop will be held on Tuesday 14 March 2017 at 9:15am at Realm, 179 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood VIC 3134.
•  Your Business in a Digital World short workshop on Wednesday 29 March 2017 at 5:30pm at Realm, 179 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood VIC 3134.

Whitehorse City Council:

•  Marketing for Growth workshop will be held on Monday 27 March 2017 at 9:30am at the Whitehorse City Council office, 379 – 397 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading VIC 3131.
• Develop your online Strategy workshop on Tuesday 28 March 2017 at 9:30am at the Whitehorse City Council office, 379 – 397 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading VIC 3131.
